Let the beauty of what you love
be what you do.

A few housekeeping tips
Everyone needs different amounts of time to reflect. If you need an approximate time frame give yourself 25 minutes to focus, on this exercise.

You may have very young children, or work 2 jobs, or look after older parents and your own family. It can be a challenge to find 25 uninterrupted minutes. I get it! If you can't find the time - chunking works! Work on the questions when you can. I like coming back to things over a period of time, like a tea bag steeping in hot water. It extracts all of the flavour and essence.

You can print out the page, write your answers on paper, or use a journal.

Write down the first things that come to mind.
Don't edit or overthink.
Go with your heart. It's a feeling.
Do it for you.

WHAT I LOVE TO DO - a reflection

1. Imagine yourself as a child, or teen. What did you love to do?
Write down 5-10 activities that were your happy place.

2. What do you love doing in your life now, and wish you had more time for?
Write down whatever comes to mind.

Look over your responses and find the patterns you see.
Any similarities from then (as a child) to now?
What themes do you notice?
Mark up the page with reflections about your responses.

Make a list of 5-10 things you could do now, to add some creative time into your life?

Circle your top 3.
What can you start today? This week?
Look at your calendar and block in time for these things.

Do it today.
Even if it's for 3 minutes.
Just for you. 🙂
